The blend of forest and farm learning is perfect for hands-on discovery. Whether it’s building shelters, identifying plants, or simply running through the trees, every session feels like an adventure. My daughter loves the freedom to learn through play, and I appreciate how it fosters independence, creativity, and confidence.
And of course, no visit is complete without a greeting from Uki, the big, friendly white dog who adds even more charm to the experience!

"My daughters (7,1 1) are absolutely enchanted by Firefly Farm and Forest ! Where to even begin?! Meagan and her family are warm and inviting. My children felt welcomed right away and quickly felt very comfortable to explore and ask questions. Sam is an endless wealth of knowledge about the land and wildlife. My oldest was immediately drawn to the natural rocks and stones found all over the property! Both of my children have shared how much there is to do, and eagerly await returning each week! From mud kitchens and whittling to mud puddles and woodworking- and that is JUST the farm! The walk to the woods is a treasure trove of deer tracks, dolomite, fossils, and quartz! Then there are the woods. Full of excellent fort making materials, so many types of moss and cool mushrooms! But wait...there's still more! Bronte creek! With shallow exploration areas that lead to a wider opening, it is FULL of exciting life to discover.
